Due to the promotional and discounted nature of many of our products, Tempo Collective maintains a limited return policy. Eligible return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery, and items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Approved returns are subject to return shipping costs, a return processing fee, and a restocking fee. We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
